Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mosquera has over 25 years of experience in the health care field in a variety of disciplines and capacities that have provided him with a unique perspective of the business. Mr. Mosquera has also owned and operated multi-specialty centers and a financial consulting group. Mr. Mosquera has many ties to the national health care community.
President
Mr. Bilowich has over 20 years of health care management experience and was one of the co-founders of Health Network One (HN1) and has served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating since it began operations in 2001. He has also spear-headed the growth and evolution of HN1 from being a start-up operation to now managing over 1.3 million covered lives through Network Management Agreements with various regional and national health plans.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Monserrate has been practicing in the public and private setting as a Physical and Rehabilitation specialist continuously for the past 17 years. In addition to serving as the CMO for HN1 Therapy Network, she has also been the Medical Directory of Therapy Network of Puerto Rico since its initial operation and has worked directly with both the recruitment of providers and the operational and clinical interface between the company and its health plan clients. She was also a consultant for 3 years to one of the largest Medicare Advantage health insurance plans in Puerto Rico for matters concerning clinical aspects and utilization of physiatry, therapy, and assistive equipment.
Vice President
Karen Chewning has over 18 years of health care management experience, joining Health Network One (HN1) in 2001 as the Network Director of Eye Management, Inc., (EMI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HN1. Karen’s career began at EMI in 1989 where she began as a Member Service Representative, growing with the organization in position and responsibility until its acquisition in 2001 by HN1.
Network Manager
Maria Pereira-Alborzfard has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare and public relations fields in a variety of capacities, always focusing on providing quality customer service to clients. Maria joined the company in 2017 to assist with support and growth of Therapy Network of New Jersey.
