HS1 will assign the primary, or Account Owner, account. The Account Owner creates and assigns any other usernames for additional staff members. Employees should never share their credentials – each user should have their own username! Account credentials should not be shared amongst staff.
Amerigroup is scheduled to host a Documentation Education Meeting in the Lakewood area April 2, 2019 in order for providers to personally meet with the TNNJ leadership and to review the necessary documentation standards and critical clinical elements that need to be included in all evaluations and plans of care when requesting authorization.

You have been identified as an Amerigroup Community Care network provider not actively enrolled in the New Jersey state Medicaid Fee-for-Service program, NJ FamilyCare. You must take immediate steps at this time to enroll in order to remain an Amerigroup network provider.
Enclosed, for your review, is the NEW TNNJ Patient Intake Form that will become effective January 1, 2019. This form is updated in alignment with the latest Medicare and Medicaid requirements, including a field for Referring, Ordering, Prescribing or Attending (ROPA) providers, among other important additions to improve operational processing of your request.
